We are hoping to put in a gate here to stop the cats from going into the main part of the garage, cause we'll be using that for the car, but the litter can go before the gate.

Absolutely gorgeous Mari!!! Yes, September can't come soon enough and it will be great to have floorboards upstairs as well. BTW, are you planning to paint any of the rooms? Not sure if that mint downstairs is your thing :)
Heh nah we won't be painting yet. It's in really good condition so we will live with it :-) and we're actually going to leave the upstairs for now too. Trying to save as much as we can initially.
